I'm an integrated therapist & hypnotherapist which means I've been trained to use many different techniques with the understanding that we are all unique and so no one method fits all.

More importantly, I've been to therapy and experienced hypnotherapy myself so I understand all the emotions that goes with it. I'll be there alongside you every step of the way as you embark on this incredible journey of self-discovery, getting a deeper understanding of the beliefs, values and thoughts limiting you and helping you to reach your goals.

I see myself as a travelling companion, joining you on your journey for a short while but always with the expectation that we will eventually part ways leaving you with the tools and resources you need to live your life more fully.
